I won’t lie. My siblings and I all enjoy a good cocktail. If its a cocktail made with a brown liquor, all the better. In a recent visit, my brother whipped up this tasty cocktail before our dinner party. It was frothy, delicious, and sure did pack a punch, no pun intended.
The Rattlesnake
3 parts rye (I like Bulleit)
1/2 part agave nectar (or simple syrup)
1/2 maple syrup
1.5 part lemon juice
1 part egg white
Process:
Add egg and lemon to ice and shake aggressively. Add Rye and agave to lemon/egg mix and shake again.
Serve up in a chilled glass.
