Light Blue Cheese Dip

There are some high-fat foods that one should relish in all of their glory, foods that should never be tampered with like duck confit and creme fraiche. However, there are others that very easily lend themselves to a little trimming. I modified this one for a friend of mine who is crazy about Blue Cheese Dip. Just in time for Super Bowl Season…
Blue Cheese Dip
1 cup finely crumbled blue cheese
2/3 cup fat-free sour cream
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
Puree ingredients in food processor. Serve with celery and/or wings!
